First off our incident happened late-ish afternoon on a Friday before Labor Day weekend. I get home from work to the news the kids open the latch gate on the car and, I thought, destroyed the garage door. After dislodging the car door from the garage door i tried to operate the garage door manually and one of the pully wires came off and the door was completely cattywompus. At this point it was beyond my skill level to fix. I gave a few places a call to see about getting it fixed, but 4:00 pm on a Friday before a long weekend was emergency services time and quoted minimum of $300-$600 by more than one company. I then found Shasta Garage doors at 4:13pm. From time of call to the door being fixed was 50 minutes and half of what anyone else quoted us as they considered it a standard service call. So without an appointment, on a late afternoon before a long weekend Frank came on his way back to the shop and fixed it quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone who needs service and or a new door.
